What we do
Landford Productions provides post production services from our studios in Bohemia, New York. We provide digital recording, sound design and editing on Macintosh Pro Tools systems. Music and audio recording, Television programming, radio advertising, corporate video, Audio CD, and CD ROM are at the heart of our production services.
On-location recording for film, video and live concerts are also part of our services provided in digital stereo or multitrack formats.

From Voice over to SFX
Whatever the need we've got a voice for your project. Landford has a vast talent pool of voice over artists that will satisfy any project. Our male, female, young, old, light-hearted, dark and aminous, corporate, comedic, character, or multi-lingualand character voices can be sent to our studios on a moment's notice; recorded, edited and electronically sent to your location with your specifications. Sound design has come a long way over the years, we have an enormous library from cartoon to corporate to hard hitting trailer types. Mixing for film, television serials, reality tv and documentaries are at the fore front of services at Landford. 5.1, 7.1 whatever the need, surround sound started with our first HBO boxing show and has not slowed down ever since. FTP is no longer a luxury but the way of things in the business. Clients may download projects in a variety of file formats including MP3, SD II, AIFF, WAV, MOV and others. Please call ahead and inform us as to which format best suits your needs. Our FTP server will hold your files securely and will be ready for immediate download conveniently from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
Virtual Sessions
Sessions may also be viewed remotely using video chat software connected to a mounted camera in our studio - ask us about providing links for downloading the many new viewing software applications that are available.
Clients can record at our facility while others record the project via new audio remote session software. With a live camera on talent, clients can not only record but also watch the session in progress and make suggestions or direct long distance. All that is required is a standard PC and appropriate software. With the advent of products such as Source Connect and Virtual Glass, sessions can occur in real time worldwide over the internet or ISDN. We've got a Source Connect account and a Virtual Glass account, along with PC software Audio-TX, call to discuss these new remote connection tools.

Our affiliation with Pro Image studios allows video and film shoots right next door on a 60 foot sound stage, ask about a tour and rate quote for your next video project. We found a new Music Supervision company, Audio Motion Music in St Augustine, Florida. They can supply your project with creative music licensing and placement into video and film both here and internationally.Music composition
Music composition is available for film, TV and radio. Live, MIDI or hybrid compositions can be written for any number of programming genres or project requirements. Call for demos, creative details and rates.
